Sequoia Lodge is situated along the banks of the "wild and scenic" Kern River in Kernville, CA.

 


 

 

 

 

We have 14 sparkling, air conditioned rooms that all have a refrigerator, microwave, in-room coffee, phone, and extended cable with HBO.  All of our rooms are no smoking and no pets!

 

From any of our rooms, you are just steps away from the Kern River.  Just steps away from a day full of fun or relaxation.

All of our patios have bar-b-ques that will  grill your catch to perfection.  Our patios  also have misting systems to help keep you cool as you relax, have a drink, or grill dinner.

 

                                                                                  

 


 

Company History
Cathy and Joe Cunningham bought Sequoia Lodge and envisioned a place of comfort and relaxation.  They completely remodeled the rooms and decks.  In 2004, they won the Kern River Valley Beautification Award.  Sequoia Lodge has also had a couple of honorable mentions in the Sunset Magazine and was listed as a place to stay in MOTORCYCLE JOURNEYS THROUGH CALIFORNIA by Clement Salvadori. 

 

Becky and Mark are your Lodge hosts.  They welcome each guest with open arms and immediately you are made to feel like family.  They have their digital camera charged at all times, ready to catch that "Kodak" moment.
