A 2 night minimum applies on weekends.
A 3 night minimum applies to special event/holiday weekends with a 10-day cancellation policy.
Extra person charge is $10 per person, per night.
Reservations require a credit card guarantee for confirmation. We accept Visa and Mastercard only!
Please be aware that the use of debit cards to guarantee charges will create a hold on your account equal to all authorizations required. This can lead to an overdraft situation. Should this occur, please note that Sequoia Lodge will not be responsible for overdraft charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have reserved with a Group Event, your Policy will be on your individual confirmation.
The cancellation policy on standard bookings is a 72-hour notice.
Holiday/Special Event bookings are a 10-day notice. Below is a list, but may not be limited to:
Whiskey Flat Weekend: February
Memorial Day Weekend: May
Independence Day Weekend: June/July
Labor Day Weekend: August/September
Rod Run Weekend: October
Thanksgiving: November
• If we receive your cancellation within our policy, there will be no charge.
• If we receive your cancellation outside of our policy, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.
• There are NO refunds for early check-outs.
• If you do not arrive on your arrival date and have not notified the office, you will be considered a NO SHOW. Your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
